My Story
Hello,
Let me tell you a little bit about who I am and the value I can bring to your organization.
I specialize in turning gas turbine MRO shops around by focusing on the pillars of a well-run operation; Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost Management. Improving these four areas goes hand in hand with Leadership team and organizational structure assessment and development.
I have over 40 years of experience in gas turbine repair and maintenance, spanning across several industries; Oil & Gas Heavy Duty Gas turbines (GE F3,5,6) and component repairs, Power Generation Aeroderivative engines (GE LM2500 & 6000) and Aerospace applications, both military and commercial (too many types to list...). A large portion of this experience was gained during my 22 years with General Electric.
I started this company with a passion for helping businesses improve their processes and develop their leadership teams with the goal of achieving World class performance and competitive positioning within the marketplace.
